SLIDING COLD DOORS

The fridge doors are designed to guarantee maximum thermal insulation, maintaining a constant temperature in refrigerated environments or freezer compartments. Made with high-efficiency materials, they ensure durability and optimal performance even in extreme conditions.

COLD SLIDING DOOR 1 LEAF – NT

Single or double sliding door (1-2 leaf) is available for cooler (NT) applications. Main features: door frame constructed of 20/10 gauge stainless steel AISI 304 (OX) satin finished section; heavy duty galvanized steel track rail with “down and in” design to provide compression for seals in closed position. Track guard in pre-painted coated steel sheet; floor guides are supplied with fiber glass reinforcement.; door leaf made of welded stainless steel frame, galvanized and paint finished. Insulation is assured by P.U. resins (density Kg. 40-45/m³), leaf thickness is 100 mm cooler (NT) application. Expanded EPDM gaskets; external and internal stainless steel handles for manual operation; flashings matching with the thickness of the building wall, are available in galvanized or paint coated steel sheets as standard (stainless steel on request); various optional upon request.

COLD SLIDING DOOR 1 LEAF – BT

Single sliding door (1 leaf) is available for freezer (BT) applications. Main features: door frame constructed of 20/10 gauge stainless steel AISI 304 (OX) satin finished section; heaters for freezer door (BT) are continuous power concealed around perimeter; heavy duty galvanized steel track rail with “down and in” design to provide compression for seals in closed position. Track guard in pre-painted coated steel sheet; floor guides are supplied with fiber glass reinforcement.; door leaf made of welded stainless steel frame, galvanized and paint finished. Insulation is assured by P.U. resins (density Kg. 40-45/m³), leaf thickness 120 mm freezer (BT) application. Expanded EPDM gaskets; external and internal stainless steel handles for manual operation; flashings matching with the thickness of the building wall, are available in galvanized or paint coated steel sheets as standard (stainless steel on request); various optional upon request.

COLD SLIDING DOOR 1 LEAF – CA

Sliding door CA is suitable for ripening rooms with CONTROLLED ATMOSFHERE, or any refrigerated room requesting a perfect seal of the door. Standard version (SM) includes: door frame constructed of 20/10 gauge stainless steel AISI 304 (OX) satin fnished section; heavy duty galvanized steel track rail, with “down and in” design to provide compression for seals in closed position. Track guard in pre-painted coated steel sheet; door leaf made of welded stainless steel frame, galvanized and paint fnished. Insulation is assured by P.U. resins (density Kg 40-45/m³), leaf thickness is 100 mm; side hooks for cam closure to increase the door seal on the frame ensuring a positive gas seal; shock-resistant view window built-in the door leaf with internal safety release; external and internal stainless steel handles; flashings are available in galvanized or paint coated steel sheets as standard; various optional upon request.
