INDUSTRIAL COLD DOOR – HINGED DOOR
Hinged fridge doors are designed to ensure quick access and excellent thermal sealing in refrigerated environments. Equipped with sturdy zips and hermetic seals, they offer reliability and optimal insulation.
HINGED DOOR – NT
Hinged doors (CR) and hatches are equally suitable for cooler 0°C (NT). Construction features: door frame constructed of 20/10 gauge stainless steel AISI 304 (OX) satin finished section; door leaf made of welded stainless steel frame, galvanized and paint finished. Insulation is assured by P.U. resins pured into cavity under controlled heat and pressure (density kg. 40-45 /m³), leaf thickness is 100 mm cooler (NT) application. self-lifting hinges are “down and in” design to ensure tight seal and minimum thermal loss; Replaceable type, highly resistant full perimeter expanded EPDM gaskets to provide positive, tight seal; external lockable and internal push opening handles; flashings matching with the thickness of the building wall, are available in galvanized or paint coated steel sheets as standard. HINGED DOOR – BT
Hinged doors (CR) and hatches are equally suitable for freezer up to – 35°C (BT) application. Construction features: door frame constructed of 20/10 gauge stainless steel AISI 304 (OX) satin finished section; heaters for freezer door (BT) are continuous power concealed around perimeter; door leaf made of welded stainless steel frame, galvanized and paint finished.
